Main directions of scientific research: analysis of the principles of geospatial organization of
tourism and recreation in Ukraine and the world; establishing the cause-and-effect relationships of the
emergence and development of ecological tourism, rural green tourism, and other alternative forms of
tourism and recreation activities; studying the world experience in the rational use of natural resources
in the context of ecotourism potential development; clarifying the role of tourism and recreation
resources in the natural resource potential of Ukraine; highlighting the tourism and recreation potential of Ukraine.
Developed presentation materials and conducted a training on “Environmental education through
the prism of green tourism. Promotion of ecological routes” in the context of the Project “Towards
Success Together!”, which was selected within the framework of the grant competition for systemic
support of small and medium-sized enterprises commissioned by the EU4Business: SME Recovery,
Competitiveness and Internationalization Program.

papers in periodicals included in the Scopus or Web of Science databases.

Deputy Chairman of the Board of the NGO “Union for Promotion of Rural Green Tourism Development in Ukraine”. Union’s member since 1996. Since 1998 the Chairman of the Board of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional organization of the Union. Lecturer at the Department of Tourism and Hospitality, King Danylo University in Ivano-Frankivsk. Interned under Community Connection and SABIT programs in the USA, as well as in Ireland, Poland, Greece, Germany, and Lithuania. Leader of 7 rural tourism projects in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Worked as an expert, trainer and consultant in more than 100 tourism projects in Ukraine. Author and co-author of more than 10 training manuals on rural tourism.

Kalna-Dubiniuk Tetyana
Doctor of economic sciences, professor, honored scientific and pedagogical worker of the National University of Bioresources and Nature Management of Ukraine, expert adviser of Ukraine.
Headed the department of agricultural consulting and tourism in 2003 – 2020. During all this time, the department cooperated with the Union of SZTU, held seminars, trainings, conferences, certification of advisers and expert advisers on rural green tourism. In 2011 p. awarded the Order “For conscientious work and high professionalism” by the Council on Tourism and Resorts of Ukraine.
In 2015, she opened a new educational program “Tourism” and received a license for it, introducing new courses on rural green tourism and developing educational and methodological literature.

Took part in tourism projects of TACIS, PAUCI, Cross-border Cooperation Program in 2000-2019. Co-author of 4 training manuals and a dozen methodological instructions on rural tourism. Since 2022, a member of the Board of Directors of the AMFORTH International Association (Paris, France), which unites educational institutions of tourism and the hotel and restaurant business of different countries.
Areas of specialization in rural tourism: structure and organization of rural tourism; tourist services and products; rural tourism clusters.
For his activities in rural tourism, he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (2005) and certificates of tourism and agro-industrial departments.

Field of scientific interests: safety systems of food raw materials and food products; reduction of waste and losses in food technologies, functioning of food systems.
He is the author of the textbook “Hygiene and sanitation of the restaurant industry” and more than 100 scientific publications.
Tymoshenko Tetiana
I am currently teaching Management and marketing of tourist destinations at the Kyiv National
Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (PhD in Public Administration). Most of my research is focused on researching methods of managing tourist destinations, taking into account the best world practices of sustainable tourism development, public-private partnerships and smart tourism destination management.
The last two years – Visit Researcher to Uppsala University (Sweden) for research on the topic: “The importance of public-private partnerships for the sustainable development of tourist destinations: the Swedish experience for Ukraine”, Visit Researcher to Örebro University (Sweden) for research as part of a scientist project at the Örebro University “The Role of Stakeholder Engagement in Sustainable Tourism and Hospitality Management”.
For more than 15 years, I have headed the Ukrainian Federation of Employers in Tourism.
Over 7 years of experience as an expert in developing tourist destinations, communities and territories of Ukraine’s international support programs (Program «U-LEAD with Europe», USAID, IOM, GIZ), consulting on strategic planning of communities and regions, development of recovery and reconstruction plans, project management and resource mobilisation.
Appointed as a National Expert (member of the expert group) on issues of sustainable development by the provisions of Chapter 13 of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU.
I am a Delegate of the Civil Society Forum of the Eastern Partnership from the Ukrainian National Platform
(Working Group 5 “Social Policy and Social Dialogue”).
I am a member of the Ukraine-EU civil society platform (experience as a coordinator of Working Group 3
“Economic cooperation, free trade zone, cross-border cooperation”, trade and competitiveness, WTO and accession to the EU). The scope of work of WG3 also includes the analysis of the implementation of Chapter 13 of Section IV of the UA “Trade and Sustainable Development”.
