Christo Peterson
Artificial Intelligence Strategist and Trainer
Christo helps businesses and government organizations harness the power of AI to drive efficiency and innovation. Through Kasulik AI (kasulik.ai), he provides hands-on training and customized implementation strategies with real-world AI skills. With over 1,600 trained professionals and over 3,000 hours of hands-on experience by 2024, Christo is focused on driving AI adoption across industries. His experience spans global brands such as Hyundai, Coca-Cola and government agencies.
During his talk, he will share practical advice on how organizations can use AI to improve efficiency, innovation and decision-making in business and the public sector.

Director of the Austrian Farm Holidays Association
Hans has led the association since 1991 and is Vice President of RuralTour, the European Federation of Rural Tourism. A recognized expert in the fields of quality and sustainability, he has consulted on numerous projects in Europe and lectured at universities.
Under his leadership, the Farm Holidays in Austria network has become a model for quality, sustainability and innovation with over 2,000 member farms.
Hans will present how the association uses AI to manage quality, market and support its members.

Alejandra Saenz de Miera
Tourist guide in Paris, France
Alejandra is a member of the Executive Committee of the European Federation of Tourist Guides (FEG), a partner in the “Pacts for Skills” project. She has extensive experience in guiding, organizing cultural events and training new guides.
In her presentation, she will share how AI can support the daily work of a tourist guide: from planning routes to improving customer interaction.

Estonian winemaker, entrepreneur and author
Tiina runs Valgejõe Veinivilla, the northernmost winery in Estonia, where she creates fruit and berry wines from local raw materials. She also teaches, organizes tastings, tours and cultural events. She is the author of several books, including “Our Wines” and “Guide and Our Wines”.
In her talk, she will share how she uses AI to create marketing texts, develop recipes, calculate prices, analyze data and inspire new ideas.
