Public consultation with MP Larysa Bilozir

On July 22, 2024, a public consultation “Legal Education of Rural Residents. Rural tourism as one of the successful cases of ATC development and an example of interaction between parliamentarians and voters” for representatives of the Sharhorod ATC within the framework of the project ‘Parliament for the Rural: Legal Awareness of the Rural Population as a Tool for Influencing Decision-Making’ with the People’s Deputy of Ukraine Larysa Bilozir.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to talk to the MP and get answers to their questions. The main goal of the event was to raise awareness of the rural population about the legal framework for interaction with state and local authorities. In addition, the participants received practical recommendations on how to communicate effectively with MPs to address pressing community issues and promote their sustainable development.

Volodymyr Baretsky, Mayor of the Sharhorod Territorial Community, promised to organize a study tour to exchange experience for active community members to accelerate the initiatives launched and to promote the organization of tourist and cultural events in the community.
