
The Federation of Employers in the field of tourism, together with German partners, as part of the start of cooperation with the international Senior Experten Service program, invites you to attend a meeting with Hans Ulrich Trozien – a leading international expert on tourism development, the author of the development strategy of Batumi (Georgia) and a leading specialist in the field of certification and standardization tourist market services according to world standards.
The meeting will take place on June 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the address: Kyiv, st. Mykhailo Kotsyubinsky 1.

The project aims to give an impetus to the development of the tourist potential of the regions based on the best world practices and standards for the development of a clear strategy for the development of the tourist potential of the regions, as well as drawing up an action plan to improve the level of service and the quality of the tourist product in the context of the sustainable development of the regions.
As part of the start of the international project, it is planned to discuss:
- issues of certification/standardization of tourist services;
- issues of categorization and a single standard of services in the field of hotel and restaurant business;
- the issue of implementing the principles of sustainable development;
- issues of improving the investment image and tools for attracting investors for tourism projects.
