The Kholodnyansky Zorepad rural and green tourism farmstead is located on one of the flowering hills of the Kholodnya forest in Rypiashyn Yar.
The surrounding forest area is covered with deciduous trees, and the steeply cut relief of the ravine creates an unsurpassed beauty of the local landscape.
The manor is like a small castle protruding from a steep slope, with rooms on four levels, three bedrooms and a guest room with a fireplace. It has all the amenities, accommodates 7 people at the same time, it is possible to cook your own food, and, at the request of the guests, the owner prepares dishes in the oven, Ukrainian borsch, herring pies, dumplings, and it is possible to order a picnic basket.
“Russian sauna” on firewood, herbal teas, a small swimming pool, massage by a professional manual masseur, on request, if necessary, we will offer oak brooms.
The summer area covered with reeds protects vacationers from the scorching sun, hides in its shade a large oak table at which kebabs fried on a mongal that comes close to the table always smell delicious.
Children have no time to be bored, the playground is full of towers, drawbridges and slides. The tower’s storerooms store balls, bows and arrows, slingshots, badminton balls and a variety of children’s toys.
Parking for 2 cars in the yard.
